The 20s is our decade of freedom. In our 20s, we have very few responsibilities to worry about. Here are my five favorite habits I have learned and adopted in the last 4 years. These habits had embarked me on a journey of being the best version of myself. In the last 3 years, I have published 6 books, 5 booklets, 6 courses, and 3 research papers. I have done 30+ professional certifications apart from my master’s. This journey has many untitled victories, and here are my five habits that made me motivated and productive while living my life to the fullest.
1-Traveling
Nothing substitutes traveling for me. It is a goal, a desire, a dream for every part of this world. I have traveled across 32 cities in the last 3 years. Exploring mountains and plains and Making traveling videos. I have traveled on local transport, special vehicles, and bike. I travel days and nights regularly. Traveling introduce you to your true potential.
2-Spending Time Alone
I am about to publish a book, “The Art of Living a Self-Centered Life.” You can find that book on amazon by clicking here. I have explained how effective solitude is in exploring your inner self and how you can fall in love with yourself.
I have made significant life decisions in solitude alone while sitting on the top of the Himalayas.
3-Eliminate your Distractions
To perform exceptionally, you have to focus. To focus, you need to eliminate your distractions from inside and outside. In this journey of removing distractions, nothing worked more productively than the learnings I had from
These two books can teach you to perform exceptionally by removing distractions. A must-read for every one of you.
4-Self Education
As I mentioned earlier, I have done 30+ professional certifications in the last 3 years. This was just a part of my self-education.
- I finish a book every week nowadays.
- Read One psychology research paper every day.
- Watch one ted-talk every week.
- Spend at least 120 minutes weekly listening to new content by my favorite YouTubers.
5-Exercise
I will accept this fact gracefully that I have gained almost 16kgs of weight in the last year for multiple reasons but mainly due to sleep deprivation. I had lately tried a lot to exercise but found it very tough to stick to it due to engagement in multiple projects. Now I have decided to apply what I have learned in mini-habits and prepared a list of 6 basic exercises. Luckily and psychologically, it was straightforward to stick to them, so it is almost one week since I have done that without a break. (I will also post a blog about that once I reach day 30).
So, these were my top five. Comment your favorite, and let me know about one habit that makes you a better person every day.
